Kentrosaurus
Kentrosaurus was a Steady-moving herbivore that roamed Gondwana during the late Jurassic period, roughly 156 to 150 million years ago. Measuring about 16 feet (4.9 meters) in length and weighing around 2 tons, it may not have been the fastest dinosaur, but it was heavily protected by its formidable armor. Its back was lined with double rows of triangular bony plates on each side, which gradually transitioned into pairs of sharp, 2-foot (60-centimeter) spikes along the tail, serving as a fierce defense mechanism. Additionally, Kentrosaurus sported extra long spikes on its hips, further enhancing its defensive capabilities. Kentrosaurus are curious and playful creatures. Sometimes slapping smaller or younger dinosaurs to death in an attempt to playfully spar.

Reference material
This dinosaur was among the fossils collected during the German expedition to East Africa between 1909 and 1912. Paleontologist Edwin Henning was the first to publish a detailed description of Kentrosaurus in 1915. For decades, a nearly complete skeleton was displayed at the Humboldt Museum at the University of Berlin, but sadly, it was lost during World War II due to bombing. While most scientists agree that Kentrosaurus went extinct millions of years ago, some cryptozoologists speculate that the creature known locally as "Mbielu-Mbielu-Mbielu" in northern Congo might be a living remnant of this dinosaur. However, no conclusive evidence has been found to support this idea, leaving it in the realm of speculation and folklore.
